Not Recommended
Worst fail of any home service in 22 years. Must have put in $15K over the years for re-pointing, cap, and waterproofing but another contractor recommended tear-down at $22K. The owner, Victor, advised us to keep cap closed (countered by other contractors) and, combined with a history of inferior work, we have regular rain in our 45' chimney. I empty both pails and a de-humidifier tank every single day.

Victor and his crew are were outstanding. They replaced two flues, two crowns and some chimney pointing. The proposal was organized and easily understood. The work was done on time and superior work. Victor kept me apprised of progress through out the process. Highly recommend.
